Property Planning

Western Land Planning offers a high level of expertise in the field of property planning.  Western Land Planning is currently contracted to provide approximately 80 individual property plans for members of the Trangie Nevertire Irrigation Scheme, as well as a range of individual property plans throughout New South Wales.

In developing property plans, Western Land Planning has formed a strong working partnership with state and federal government agencies.  The company is at present working in alliance with the Central West Catchment Management Authority for the pursuit of various incentive funding programs offered for property development.
